DAET, CAMARINES NORTE – A total of forty (40) representatives from various retail and service establishments underwent Capacity Building Session on Effective Customer Relations last 15 March 2024 at Jocelle’s Garden and Tourist Inn, Daet, Camarines Norte as part of the celebration of World Consumer Rights’ Day.
Conducted by Consumer Protection Division personnel of DTI-CNPO, the half-day activity capacitated the participants with the knowledge on the basics of having effective customer relations through resolving consumer complaints and handling dissatisfied clients.
The activity is aimed at establishing responsive consumer welfare desks among the invited establishments as partners of DTI in upholding consumer welfare and protection in the locality.
Bagwis Seals were also awarded to give due recognition to retail and service establishments for promoting and fostering the highest level of business ethics and upholding the rights of consumers by adopting responsible business practices where consumers indeed get value for money.
