Ang DTI Camarines Norte ay may goal na mapataas ang awareness ng mga Konsyumer patungkol sa kanilang KAMALAYAN SA KAPALIGIRAN na isa sa kanilang PANANAGUTAN. At ang pag-gawa ng short online videos, gamit ang inyong creativity, ay isa sa pinaka-ideal at trending na paraan para ma-attain ito.
Qualifications of Participants:
Ang contest ay open sa lahat ng residente ng Camarines Norte. Ang isang individual o grupo ay maaaring mag-submit ng video entries with the theme:
SustainabiliTIPS: A Just Transition to Sustainable Lifestyles
Inspire Filipino Consumers by providing practical tips to:
- transition toward inclusive and equitable sustainable practices
- integrate sustainability into the lives of local communities
- contribute to long-term environmental and economic resilience
Submission of Entries:
1. I-like and follow ang DTI Camarines Norte Facebook page
2. Gumawa ng videos nang inyong useful tips para sa pagsasabuhay ng sustainable lifestyle ayon sa mga sumusunod na specifications:
a) Maximum of two-minute duration, MP4 Format, Landscape Orientation, 720p minimum resolution, use of original / licensed / in public domain photos/ footage /music.
b) Maaaring gumamit ng tagalog o english (o combination ng dalawa)
c) Ang video entries ay hindi dapat magpakita ng sinumang political figure/ celebrity o anumang pangalan ng negosyo o brand ng produkto.
3. I-upload sa Facebook ang video entry within 01-15 March 2025 base sa format na ito:

Kung more than one ang iyong entries, i-upload individually ang videos gamit din ang prescribed caption format.
4. Right after mag-upload, sagutan ang WCRD2025 ‘KONSYUMER, i-ACT mo!’ Entry Form para sa official registration ng bawat entry ng contestants.
Failure to accomplish the online registration for each entry will automatically disqualify the uploaded video.
5. I-send ng kumpleto at isahan ang mga requirements sa bawat entry via email sa r05.camarinesnorte@dti.gov.ph cc: cpd.dticnpo@gmail.com na may subject na: WCRD2025 ‘KONSYUMER, i-ACT mo!’ Entry.
Required Attachments:
- Link ng downloadable video entry/ies na nasa google drive
- Clear copy ng valid government-issued ID ng contestant/s na may residence address
- Screen capture ng pag-like at follow ng DTI Camarines Norte FB Page
Ang participants na below 18 years old ay dapat na magsubmit ng Formal Parent’s Consent.

30% – Creativity and Originality
30% – Audio and Video Quality
Awards and Recognition
Ang winners ay ia-announce sa DTI Camarines Norte Facebook Page at makakatanggap ng mga sumusunod na premyo:
Php8,000.00 – First Place
Php5,00.00 – Second Place
Php3,000.00 – Third Place
Php1,000.00 – Engagement Excellence Award (Entry with the highest number of reactions)
Other Provisions
By joining this contest, the participants agree:
- That their personal information may be released to the public for purposes of announcing the contest winners.
- To secure a formal consent from concerned parties if the entry contains any material or element that is not the contestant’s property, or if any person appears in the entry.
- To release and discharge DTI and its officials and employees from any claims, losses or damages arising from their participation.
- With the mechanics of this contest and all the provisions provided.
DTI shall:
- Have the exclusive rights to use the submitted entries in its consumer advocacy initiatives.
- Have no responsibility for any transmission delay or internet connection problem during the submission of entries and for the contestant’s inability to secure necessary permission or consent for their submitted entries.
- Have the right to verify the validity of any details about the contestants and to disqualify submitted entries that are not in accordance with the contest rules.
