SAN VICENTE, CAMARINES NORTE – The DTI-Camarines Norte Provincial Office (DTI-CNPO) conducted a Diskwento Caravan on April 22-23, 2024 as one of the activities in the celebration of the Mananap Festival of the municipality of San Vicente.
Through this two-day activity, consumers in the area were given opportunity to access and purchase basic necessities, prime commodities and other goods at reduced/discounted prices.
The caravan also became an avenue to partnering local manufacturers, wholesalers/retailers, distributors and businessmen in the locality to introduce and promote their products, gain patronage among consumers, increase their sales, as well as to give back to the community as the activity has also been considered as an embodiment of their corporate social responsibility.
