| LABO, CAMARINES NORTE – The DTI Camarines Norte Provincial Office (CNPO), through the Consumer Protection Division (CPD), monitors the continuous compliance of Bagwis Awardee-Establishments to the Bagwis Parameters.
Based on the monitoring conducted to Honda Prestige Traders Inc. of Barangay Kalamunding in the municipality of Labo, the Gold Bagwis Awardee-Service and Repair Enterprise found to be consistently compliant with the following criteria: Fair Trade and other Consumer-Related Laws, Customer Relations and Services, Store Management and Operations, Socially Committed and Responsible Business Sector, and Established Quality Orientation Management. The DTI Bagwis is a program that provides an avenue in giving due recognition to retail establishments for promoting and fostering the highest level of business ethics and upholding the rights of consumers by adopting responsible business practices where consumers indeed get value for money. Aside from the DTI-Accredited Service Shops, the following business categories are applicable for this program: Supermarket/Grocery Stores, Department Stores, Specialty Stores, Appliance Centers, Hardware Stores, and Convenience Stores. |
